• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Dec 2016 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2016 and 1 Jan 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2017 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12pm.
• Classic double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive twin room for £30 per room per night; payable directly to the hotel. Please discuss at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss with hotel directly.
• Dinner is a £30pp allowance to be taken in The Grill Room. Sample menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Option 2 includes dinner on the first night only and cream tea.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; under 2's stay free. Family rooms required for children aged 2-12 and a supplement of £30 per room per night is payable to the hotel. Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is included, dinner is charged as taken. Ages 12+ are classed as adults. 
• Small pets permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per pet; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 dogs. Guide dogs stay free.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
