• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Tue 30 Jun 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11 Apr, 9, 20 May and 6 Jun 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night and room upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Includes Prosecco afternoon tea.
• Option 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner choosing from starter & main or main & dessert from the market menu; subject to change. 2 night stay includes dinner on the first evening only.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, dairy, gluten and wheat free options are available.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Under 2's stay free. Family rooms required for children aged 2-12 and a supplement of £30 per room per night is payable to the hotel. Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is included, dinner is charged as taken. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.
• Max of 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog, per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note no cost for guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss with the hotel at time of booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
