• £40 per room supplement Fri & Sat night stays.

• Children are permitted; Kids aged 5 to 12 years stay free - max 1 child per room. Family room available to accommodate up to 2 children 5 - 12 years old at a supplement of £30 per room per night. £10 per child per night supplement also applies and includes breakfast - dinner not included.

• 20% off pre-booked spa treatments - must be booked a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Pets are permitted; £10 supplementary charge for dogs, 1 max permitted in bedrooms only. Dogs must be kept on a leash whilst entering and exiting the hotel and in the lounges. Dogs are not permitted in either of the restaurants and must be removed from rooms to allow housekeeping access

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
