• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020. valid 7 days. Treatments available 10am - 6pm, spa access 6.30am - 10pm, cream tea served 12.30pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Fridays - Sundays; payable directly to the spa.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Treatments can not be substituted for other treatments.
• Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes 2 treatments per person; each treatment will last approx. 25 mins.
• Includes 4 hours leisure access.
• Cream tea; subject to change. Max of 6 people per table.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
