• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun – Fri, 6.30am – 10pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 24 Dec 2018 – 1 Jan 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Fridays and Sundays; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Consultation will be undertaken prior to treatments; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes Elemis hands-on touch facial plus a freestyle deep tissue massage.
• Treatment cannot be substituted for another treatment.
• Duration: approx 55 mins plus consultation.
• Includes access to spa facilities for up to 4 hours before or after treatments.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes robe and slippers to use whilst at the venue, 20% off of any other pre-booked treatments and a £5 retail voucher; voucher can be used on products from the spa, minimum spend of £50 applies and purchases must be made on this visit only.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
