• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Apr 2023 until Mon 31 Jul 2023, Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat-Sun, 1 & 29 May 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jul 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Max of 2 vouchers per booking. It may not be possible to receive treatments at the same time; times will be allocated together as close as possible.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes a 55 minute Elemis couture touch or facial treatment. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities and robe and slipper hire.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
