• Voucher is valid until Mon 30th Nov 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Multiple vouchers permitted.
• Vouchers must be booked by 9th Nov 2015.
• Children permitted.  Max of 2 children (up to age of 12) permitted per room.
• Children can only order meals from the children's menu.
• Tickets for the Kelpies must be collected from Reception at Macdonald Inchyra and must be during your stay - no prior arrangements are required.
• Sorry, pets not permitted.
• Check in 2pm; check out 11am.
• Free on-site parking.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights stay.  Additional night's stay can be arranged with hotel, please discuss with Macdonald Inchyra at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once booked, your vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
