Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun - Fri, spa opening hours 9am - 7pm and treatment times 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 24 Dec 2018 – 1 Jan 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time and groups bookings can be made for evenings; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with spa at time of booking.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 55mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Members will receive a £5 retail voucher and 20% off any additional pre-booked treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
