• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Jan 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Aberdeen excludes 1, 2, 8, 9 Nov, 2, 5, 6, 8, 15, 31 Dec 2017.
• Dundee excludes: 7, 14, 15, 16, 17 Nov, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2017, 17, 23,  27, Jan 2018.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £40 per room is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

• Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with Malmaison.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12 noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.

• 2 course dinner in Chez Mal Brasserie from the Prix Fixe menu: menu is seasonal and subject to change. Choice of starter/main or main/dessert. Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights. 
• Gluten/wheat free and vegetarian options available - please advise at time of booking.
• Free parking available at Aberdeen. Pay and display parking available at Dundee at Greenmarket Multi-storey car park which is a 5 minute walk away. The cost is £8.50 for 10 hours between Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm, Sun 1pm - 6pm. Car parking is free at Greenmarket outside of these hours.
• Max 1 child permitted; cots are available on request for babies. Children aged 3 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to hotel. Meals paid for as taken. Please discuss family room availability directly with hotel; supplementary charges apply. 
• Please note: rooms must be upgraded for families as rooms cannot accommodate extra beds; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
