• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021 and from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30 Dec 2020- 30 Sep, 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of wine on arrival, please advise red of white at time of booking,
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Room only.
• Paid parking available and allocated on a first come first served basis. £8 for up to 4 hours, £15 for up to 10 hours and £20 for up to 24 hours.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as 12 and under and can stay free of charge when sharing a room with 2 adults. Extra bed is available on request and is payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available, please advise hotel when booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
