Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thur 29 Mar 2018, Thur – Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Wednesdays, 24 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan 2018, 14 Feb & 10 Mar 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out until 10am.
• Double standard ensuite room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room with a sleigh bed £25, superior room with four poster bed £35; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £10 per person dinner allowance towards a 3 course dinner from the table d’hôte menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes access to spa facilities: indoor heated salt water swimming pool, jacuzzi bath, steam room, sauna, fully equipped gym. Opening times are Mon – Fri  8am – 9pm (last entry 8.30pm), Sat 8am – 7pm (last entry 6.30pm) and Sun 8.30am – 8pm (last entry 7.30pm).

• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please note there are a couple of steps up in to the hotel at the front door which will require assistance.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
