• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Sept 2018,  Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a privilege room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable
• Option 2 includes a £22 dinner per person towards the Brasserie menu on the second night; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white at time of booking.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
