• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 31 Dec 2020, 1 - 2 Jan and 14 Feb 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a deluxe double or twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a cocktail or G&T each on arrival. Cocktail menu is subject to change.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink or mocktail.
• Max of 1 child ages 2-12 yrs old sleeping on a z- bed permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
