• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 31 Dec 2020, 1 - 2 Jan and 14 Feb 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Excludes city event dates
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or castle double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: river double £20, junior suite £40, river suite £60; payable directly to hotel. 
• A refundable pre-authorisation of £25 will be taken at check-in; card only.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with soft drinks.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
