• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 Oct 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; please discuss with hotel when booking.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12noon. 
• Double or twin feature room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 dinner is 3 courses from set menu. Menu can be viewed here; menu is subject to change.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; under 5s stay free, ages 5 - 12 require a £20 supplement (includes breakfast) and ages 12+ are classed as adults.
• Sorry, no pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
