• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 25 Dec 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm the day before your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe room (includes jacuzzi bath) £20, master suite (includes a lounge area, jacuzzi bath and walk in shower) £30.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge of £8 is required for sirloin steak; payable directly to hotel. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child inc breakfast, under 2s stay free, dinner will be charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
