• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Jun 2017, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 12 Jun 2017. (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; subject to availability, please discuss directly. 
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12 noon.
• Double or twin feature rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge; subject to availability.
• Bottle of Prosecco will be in room on arrival.
• Dinner is 3 courses from a set menu; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available, please advise hotel when booking.
• Option 2 includes cream tea; available anytime during your stay.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children are permitted; ages 4 and under stay free, ages 5 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £15 per child, ages  13 – 15 required a supplementary charge of £30 per child. Supplements include breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Over 16’s are classed as adults.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog; payable directly to hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
