Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Feb 2019 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, 7 days, 1pm – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 Mar 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: cream tea with tea or coffee
• Option 2 and 3: afternoon tea with tea or coffee.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 1 and 3 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.   
• Tables are required back within 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted at all times when accompanied by an adult.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
