• Voucher is valid from Sun 23 May 2021 until Sun 26 Sep 2021, valid for Sun stays only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 18 and 25 Jul 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 13 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, check out 12noon.
• Stay in a standard or superior room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a premium room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner from the seasonal menu; choose from starter and main or main and dessert. Menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: beetroot salmon gravlax - £9, lamb rump - £19, cheese selection - £5; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max 1 child permitted per room; under 5s stay and eat free when sharing a room with parents. A supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for roll-away beds for children aged 5-12 and paying for meals as taken; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Parking available off site £15 for 24 hours with 1 trip in/out; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
