Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May 2016 until Thu 2 Jun 2016, Sun – Thurs only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 May 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• One voucher per member but multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Classic double or twin room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; Superior room £30, Turret room £60 or Suite £90; subject to availability and payable directly to the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplement, subject to availability; please discuss directly with Rufflets; payable directly to the hotel.
• Dinner is a £35 allocation pp and can be spent towards the A La Carte Menu, dinner will be served in The Terrace Restaurant.
• Menu is subject to change. 
• Option 2 dinner MUST be used on the first evening.
• Free parking available.
• Children are permitted; under 2's stay free of charge (cot hire £10),children up to 12 years can stay at a charge of £20 per child per night B&B in extra bed; max 2 children per room; please pay directly to the hotel.
• Sorry, no wheelchair accessible rooms available, please note there is no lift in the main house up to the 1st and 2nd floor.
• Dogs permitted, supplementary fee of £10 per night in the Rufflets Lodge or complimentary in Gatehouse Rooms, max 2.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
