• Voucher is valid from Sun 26 Nov 2017 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 26, 27, 30, 31 Dec 2017, 13, 31 Jan, 10, 14, 16, 17 Feb and 3, 10, 21 Mar 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Mar 2018. (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm. 
• Double king room.
• Includes 1 bottle of bubbly per stay.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking available at St James Metro Station car park located across the street, local charges apply. £8 average overnight charge.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family suite for a supplement of £25 per room per night; family rooms are limited and subject to availability. Under 16’s can stay free of charge, over 16’s are additional £25 per person per night. Breakfast can be purchased from £11.95pp; please discuss with Sandman Signature Hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
