• £30 supplement per room for Sat night stays.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 2 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; max of 2 vouchers for a 4 night stay.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Double and twin standard rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for £20 per room per night, VIQ room for £45 per room per night and suite unique for £185 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supp charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of red wine in room on arrival; please contact hotel reception to exchange for white wine if preferred.
• Includes a dinner allowance of £28 per guest; dinner allowance can be used in Duke’s Grill, Hadrian’s Brasserie & The Claret Jug.
• Please note, The Claret Jug may not be open during the winter as it’s dependent on occupancy level.

• Massage treatments are suitable for those who are over 14 weeks pregnant only; suitable oils can be used to allow guests to have these treatments whilst breastfeeding, please discuss directly. Deep pressure massage, detox treatments and hot stones are not suitable during stage of pregnancy.
• Massage treatments are not suitable for those undergoing treatment for cancer. Those who have reached 12 months of remission are suitable for massage treatments with a suitable doctors note.
• Health restrictions including being under 14 weeks pregnant, inflamed back injuries, recent injuries such as broken bones or surgery amongst others, please discuss any health issues directly. 
• Max 2 people can receive treatments at the same time; subject to availability, please discuss directly.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; ages 0-4 get free breakfasts, ages 5-12 £5 per child B&B and ages 13-16 £7.50 per child B&B. Max of 2 children in a family room.
• Dogs are permitted at £20 per dog, per night. Max of 2 dogs per room.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
