Having been named Best Boutique Hotel at The Scottish Hotel Awards in recent years, 4* The Bonham Hotel offers its diners exquisitely executed meals in a luxurious setting. Located not far from Haymarket station, the hotel is just a short wander west from the city’s finest attractions including the fashion district, boutique shops and Edinburgh Castle, making it the perfect destination to escape the busy streets and enjoy some gourmet indulgence.
- Courgette and dill soup with homemade bread and Lescure butter
- Chicken liver parfait with smoked duck, rhubarb purée and ginger bread
- Cured mackerel with fennel and apple gazpacho and squid ink tuille
