• Option 1 is valid until Thur 28th Dec 2017, Sun-Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Friday night stays; subject to availability. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 21 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Option 2 & 3 is valid from Wed 3 Jan until Mon 30 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 10, 11, 23, 24 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £50 per room is required for Saturday stays; subject to availability. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Vouchers cannot be cancelled or amended once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Option 1: check-in 3pm; check-out 11am.
• Option 2 & 3: check-in 3pm; late check-out 2pm.
• Double or twin superior room available. 
• Option 2 & 3: Dinner is 2 courses from the market menu; choose a starter/main or main/dessert each. Menu can be viewed here: subject to change. Gluten/wheat free, dairy free and vegetarian options available.
• 125ml glass of Prosecco.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Limited parking available at a supplementary charge of £15 per 24 hours; payable directly to hotel and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
• Max 2 children permitted; under 17’s require a supplementary charge of £30 per child; limited rooms available and supplement payable directly to hotel. 
• Max 1 small dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per stay and subject to limited availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
