• Voucher is valid from Fri 13 Mar 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021; 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 May - 30 Sept and 23 Dec 2020 - 5 Jan 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard King or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended by a night for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Options 2 and 3: Includes a £20pp dinner allowance for use on the first night of your stay; menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 3-16yrs old; a supplement of £20 per child per night for bed and breakfast should be paid directly to the hotel.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet; payable directly to the hotel. 
• Limited wheelchair access; 1 accessible bedroom available.
• Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
