• Option 1 voucher is valid until Tue 31 Jan 2017, Sun and Mon only; subject to availability. 
• Option 2 voucher is valid until Tue 31 Jan 2017, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2016 – 2 Jan 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am
• Classic double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a 3 course set menu, or any two courses from the a la carte menu. 
• Sample a la carte menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Parking available.
• Children permitted; cots are provided free of charge and children under 12 require a supplementary charge of £20 per camp bed; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 children.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 small dogs or 1 large dog.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
