Small print

• Junior 4x4 valid: until 31st July 2015, Fri-Mon 10am or 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Junior sphereing & mountain board valid: until 31st July 2015, Fri-Mon 11am-12noon or 3pm-4pm; subject to availability. 
• 4x4 driving valid: until 31st July 2015, Fri-Mon 9am (first session) 4.30pm (last session); subject to availability. 
• Canoe/kayak valid until 31st July 2015, Sat & Sun 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Rock climbing/abseiling valid until 31st July 2015, Sat & Sun 9am; subject to availability. 
• All activities should be booked by 12th June or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Junior 4x4 will take approx 30mins-60mins depending on number of drivers. Driving time is approx 15-20mins. Max of 3 people permitted per group. Suitable for ages 12-16 years old. Parent/guardian must accompany participant for additional £10 per person. Members must be a min height of 4ft 6". 
• Junior sphereing & mountain board will take approx 1 hour. Min of 4 & max of 8 people per group. Members must be a max of 14 stone, min height of 4ft 6". Suitable for ages 12-16 years old. Participants should wear long trousers and long sleeves that can get muddy, boots/trainers. Helmets and pads will be provided. 
• 4x4 driving will take approx 20-25 mins behind the wheel in a session that can last up to 2 hours depending on the number of drivers. Max of 4 drivers per vehicle. Suitable for over 14s only. Aged 14-18 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult in the car for additional £10 per person. Each participant must have a valid voucher.  
• Canoe/kayak trip will start at 2pm and last approx 3 hours depending on the ability of the group. Min of 8 & max of 14 people per group. Members must be a max of 18 stone. Suitable for over 14 years old only. Aged 14-18 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult for additional £10 per person. Each participant must have a valid voucher.  Participants will be advised of what clothing to wear in confirmation email from Action Adventure Activities after booking. Helmets and harnesses will be provided. 
• Rock climbing and abseiling will start at 9am and last approx 3 hours. Min of 6 & max of 10 people per group. Members must be a max of 18 stone, waist size of 65cm-95cm and leg 35cm-65cm. Suitable for over 14 years old only. Aged 14-18 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult for additional £10 per person. Each participant must have a valid voucher.  Participants will be advised of what clothing to wear in confirmation email from Action Adventure Activities after booking. Helmets and harnesses will be provided. 
• Members should have a moderate level of fitness to take part in all activities. Please advise Action Adventure Activities of any pre existing injuries and discuss any health concerns at time of booking. Not suitable during pregnancy. 
• All activities are weather dependent for safety reasons. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your experience. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
