Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Dec 2017 until Wed 28 Mar 2018, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 15, 23 Dec 2017 – 3 Jan, 6, 7, 14, 16 Feb, 11 Mar 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 8 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Members can browse availability online once voucher is purchased - phone bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. 
• Double or twin Loch View room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 and 3 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main served in the Cameron Grill; menu is subject to change. 125ml glass of Prosecco is served on arrival to restaurant and can be substituted for a soft drink.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallops, oysters (starter) or 225g fillet steak £5 each, 450g cote de boeuf £8, flambeed shrimps £15, 600g chateaubriand to share £20, 1.3 kilo tomahawk £25, 1.3 kilo porterhouse £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available; please discuss directly with hotel when booking.
• Option 3 inc a choice of thermal experience or Champagne cruise. Thermal experience is suitable for over 18's only. Not suitable for those who are pregnant; if you are suffering from any medical conditions please consult your doctor prior to arrival and advise when booking. Duration: approx. 2hrs. Champagne cruise duration approx. 60mins - children are charged at £35.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 4 and under stay free when sharing with adults; ages 5 - 15 years require a supplementary charge of £25 per child inc breakfast, all other meals to be paid for as taken. Family rooms are limited and on first come first served basis; please book in advance to avoid disappointment and request at time of booking.
• Includes use of leisure club facilities.
• Parking available.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
