From the masterminds behind Cup and Glasgow’s best-loved multi award-winning premium gin bar, Gin 71, this fabulous sister venue of the same name serves up delicious drinks and tasty dishes in slick surroundings. Famed for their vast collection of craft gins, homemade tonics and creative cocktail concoctions, not to mention their decadent gin-inspired dishes, it’s no surprise this place has become recognised as one of the city’s best gin spots. With a fantastic location in the heart of the West End on South Charlotte Street and close to Haymarket transport links, this decadent five-course dining deal truly is the perfect treat!
- Gin home cured salmon with crab slaw, brown crab mayonnaise, avocado yogurt, fennel & pear vinaigrette and oven dried olive oil croute
- Goat’s cheese & parmesan espuma with a selection of beets, beetroot sponge, black olive soil and beetroot powder
