Small print

• Midweek stay: voucher is valid from Mon 9 Jan 2017 until Mon 27 Mar 2017, Mon arrivals only 4pm - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Midweek stay: excludes Tuesday – Sunday arrivals.
• Weekend stay: voucher is valid from Fri 13 Jan 2017 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, Fri arrivals only 4pm  - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Weekend stay: excludes Sunday – Thursday arrivals.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• If members wish to be greeted on arrival you will need to arrive between 4pm - 5.30pm.
• Double rooms available; room options for up to six: 2 double beds & 1 sofa bed and room options for up to eight: 3 double beds & 1 sofa bed.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with The Old Schoolhouse.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children are permitted and are included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 1 well behaved dog is permitted in living areas only and not permitted in the carpeted room; a £25 per pet cleaning charge applies; payable directly to hotel.
• Credit/debit card details when booking with The Old Schoolhouse to allow for any damages during your stay.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
