Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 29 Nov 2021 until Sun 6 Mar 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 22-31 Dec 2021 and 1-5 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• 2 bedrooms per lodge with en-suite facilities and full self-catering facilities; super king size or twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• A pre-authorisation deposit of £275 is required on a credit/debit card at check-in to cover costs such as damages, losses or excessive final cleaning. This will only be debited with actual costs incurred up to a maximum of the pre-authorisation amount and you will be emailed with an itemised list of any charges made. Any costs incurred over and above the pre-authorised deposit will be advised and must be settled immediately.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 well behaved pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly. All pets must be kept under control and should not left in lodges on their own. Any damage and additional cleaning must be paid for. No pets are allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture.
• Includes a bottle of bubbly and a Scottish breakfast or continental breakfast pack for four.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please discuss directly at time of booking.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
