• Voucher is valid from Sun 11 Feb 2018 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 11, 14 Feb and 19 Mar 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 12 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin Old Course king suite available.
• Stay can be extended by a night at hotel rates; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £30 per person dinner allowance towards the evening menu only in a choice of restaurants: Hams Hame, Sands, Jigger Inn or Road Hole Restaurant; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten/wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 3 – 15 years can be accommodated in an Old Course suite for a supplementary charge of £45 per child including breakfast; Old Course suites include a sofa bed; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes access to spa facilities until Wed 28 Feb 2018; please note from Thur 1 Mar 2018 onwards spa facilities require a supplementary charge of £30 per person per day if booked at time of making reservation or £40 per person per day if booked on the day; payable directly to hotel.
• Over 16's only to use the spa.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No dogs permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
