Small print

• 3 night weekend voucher is valid until 11th Dec 2015; Tue – Thur; check in Fri only; subject to availability.
• 4 night midweek voucher is valid from 28th Sep until 9th November; check in Monday only; subject to availability  
• Voucher must be booked by Nov 8th 2015 or your risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Check in 4pm; check out 10am
• Multiple voucher purchases is permitted for gifting only; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights 
• Children permitted; cots and high chairs can be provided at an additional cost of £20 per night, payable on check in. Please book in advance as cots and high chairs are subject to availability.
• Max number of occupants is 4; up to 3 of the 4 occupants may be children
• Apartment sleeps 4; there are two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
• Gas / electricity is included in the price; apartments have Wifi and Freeview but no DVD player.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Sorry, not suitable for the less mobile due to the number of stairs.
• Private carparks are available for free on the street. There is one private car park per apartment. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
