Tuck into a lovely lunch or dinner at the award-winning Cucina in the 5* Radisson Collection Royal Mile hotel. Enjoy two or three courses from their August menu and add a bottle of wine to share between two to take your dining experience to the next level. The gorgeous restaurant has trendy décor and won Italian Restaurant of the Year for the whole of Europe at the Luxury Travel Guide Europe Awards last year so you know the food will be amazing!
- Chilled tomato, cucumber and red pepper soup with burrata and basil
- Heritage tomato and beetroot with a sherry vinegar dressing
- Ham croquettes with quail's egg salad and curried mayonnaise
