• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Option 1: Stay in a double or twin classic room.
• Option 2: Stay in a Castle view room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a small plate each from the One Square menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Cocktail can be substituted for a non-alcoholic option.
• On-site parking is available for a fee of £5 per hour or £15 per day; please discuss directly.
• Excludes access to the Hydropool and Thermal Suite in One Spa.
• Max of 2 children permitted. 0-11yrs go free. 12+ require an extra bed for a supplement of £50 per night; payable direct. Cots can be provided, please discuss directly. Please note only 1 extra bed or cot can be accommodated per room. 
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
