• Voucher is valid from 19th April until 26th July 2015, Sunday night only; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 26th June 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Voucher excludes 12th & 19th July 2015. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, check out 12noon.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted.
• Sorry, children are not permitted.
• Parking available at Q-Park car park by the hotel. Members will receive a 20% discount on parking.
• Deluxe double or twin room available. Members may be able to upgrade rooms for an additional charge, please discuss with The Glasshouse at time of booking. 
• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays however stays may be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with The Glasshouse at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay. Please contact the hotel before 2pm the day prior to your stay to cancel.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
