• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days, 9am – 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2017 and 1 Jan 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Saturday & Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.
• Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher code will be required when booking.
• Bookings between 2 Jan – 31 Mar 2018 can be upgraded to include a 2 course lunch for a supplementary charge of £20 per person; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Includes 25% off any additional treatments to be taken on the same day; please arrange directly with the spa.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and may not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 55 mins.
• Combined treatments are available on request; please arrange directly with the spa.
• Includes full use of leisure facilities: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, relaxation areas, saunas, steam rooms and techno gym.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
