• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days 9am – 9pm; subject to availability.
• Spa day vouchers: a supplementary charge of £20 is required per person for Fri, Sat, Sun spa bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; 4 treatment rooms available (1 x double, 3 x individual); subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking. 
• Facial and mani/pedi are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; but sauna and steam room are not suitable.
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note only.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa when booking.
• Mani or pedi voucher: pedi 60mins, mani 45mins approx. Treatments can last 7 – 10 days depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Spa day treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Includes 2 hrs use of facilities and 20% off any additional treatments booked; please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
