Brunch for two
There’s no better way to start your day than with brunch, and today’s deal is offering exactly that.
You and a friend can munch on a full Scottish breakfast, with bacon, fried egg, beans, tattie scone, grilled tomato, hash brown, butcher’s sausage, grilled haggis and toast. If eggs are more your style, you can go for eggs benedict, with a soft poached egg on a muffin with hollandaise sauce, and the option to add haggis or maple syrup cured bacon.
If you’ve got more of a sweet tooth, go for the decadent Belgian waffles, served with sliced banana, vanilla ice cream, dried goldenberries, cranberries and blueberries with maple syrup. If you're feeling extra indulgent, you can even choose to include a Bloody Mary or Mimosa.
56 North, situated in Edinburgh’s Old Town, is a stylish café and bar offering fabulous food, satisfying bar snacks, and an extensive cocktail menu and a gin selection that quite frankly demands to be explored! They also boast a specialist charcoal oven, packing smoky flavour into every bite of their meat.
Having been awarded SLTN’s Independent Bar of the Year 2016, these guys know a thing or two about creating a stir and come 9pm the lights go down and the music gets turned up as the bar transforms into a pre-club hotspot.
“Very nice venue and exceptionally good staff who look after you very well. Highly recommended, especially with an itison voucher, just bought another!”
“Compliments to the chef and staff at 56 North. We will be back.”
“Will definitely recommend 56 North to our friends and will go back again.”
