Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, 56 North is one of the capital’s most stylish restaurants and bars. Playing host to the most laid back of café cultures during the day, and transforming into a pre-club hotspot when the sun goes down, it’s the ideal spot to enjoy a festive night out with friends.

- Blood orange & passionfruit apértifs
- Carrot, coriander and orange soup with warm ciabatta
- Chicken liver pâté with oatcakes and homemade ginger chutney
- Goats cheese bruschetta with cranberry jam, drizzled with balsamic reduction
- Traditional stuffed roast turkey and chipolatas with cranberry jus, served with thyme-roasted root veg, potatoes and Brussels sprouts
- Pan-fried salmon with baby potatoes, lime beurre blanc and wilted spinach
- Garden pea and fresh mint risotto with basil oil and pea shoots
- Steamed fresh Italian gnocchi, wild mushrooms, spinach, flamed rosemary and parmesan
- 28 day aged sirloin steak (£6 supp) or 26 day porterhouse steak (£12 supp) with sweet potato fries, grilled tomato and Dalmore highland whisky sauce
- Warm apple pie with crème anglaise
- Vanilla ice cream with winter red berry sauce
