• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3, 10, 17, 23 Nov, 1, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 23 - 29, 30, 31 Dec, 5 Jan, 17, 21 Feb and 2, 8, 9, 16, 23, 28 – 30 Mar 2019.
• Please note limited availability on Fridays and Saturdays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Early check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Option 1: garden room only.
• Option 2: executive room only.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 2 – 16 years and require a supplementary charge of £20 per child inc breakfast, under 2s can add breakfast for £10; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are permitted in garden rooms only; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
