• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Sun 27 Dec 2020, valid Fri - Sun; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Thur.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, valid Mon - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Option 4: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for stays in December; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 15 - 21 Mar 2020
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note there is limited availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 - 4: Include a 2 course dinner choosing from starter/main or main/desert; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Option 4: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Public parking available connected to the hotel, charges apply.
• Children permitted; max of 1 child age 12 years and under permitted per room, free of charge when sharing existing bed in twin/double room and includes breakfast. Cots are available at £10 each, limited availability; please arrange directly with hotel.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child for a supplementary charge of £35 per room; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
