• Voucher is valid until 31st Jan 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20th Dec 2015 - 2nd Jan 2016.
• Vouchers must be booked by 9th Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10am
• Bottle of wine in room on arrival - please advise choice of red, white or rose at time of booking.
• Standard double/twin rooms available.
• Children under 12 permitted free of charge, upgrade to family room required for £15 per room per night supplement, 2 children per room max. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive night stays.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Free on site car parking.
• Wheelchair access into hotel is available, however rooms are on the upper floors. No lift available.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
