• Voucher is valid from Mon 29 Oct 2018 until Tue 29 Jan 2019, Monday or Tuesday arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2018 - 6 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 31 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm – 6pm, check-out 10am; out with these times are by prior arrangement. 
• Option 1: Garden cottage.
• Option 2: Margmore cottage. Please note 4×4 vehicle essential to access Margmore.
• Option 3: Croit na Greine cottage.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Errichel House & Cottages.
• Free parking available.
• Includes linen, towels and electricity.
• Members must pay a fully refundable housekeeping deposit of £50 for Garden and Margmore Cottages and £100 for Croit na Greine at time of booking.
• Additional single beds available for a supplementary charge of £60 per person please check for availability of extra beds when booking; payable directly to Errichel House & Cottages.
• Please note Thyme at Errichel Restaurant is normally closed from Sunday - Wednesday. Meals out with these times can still be arranged with the hotel; discuss with management directly.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount. Garden Cottage 2 adults and 2 children, Margmore cottage 6 adults and 1 infant in cot and Croit na Greine 8 adults, up to 2 cots can be provided for £5 per cot.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £40 per pet; payable directly to Errichel House & Cottages. Dogs must stay on a lead whilst out on the farm and in the gardens and grounds of Errichel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
