• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Apr 2018 until Tue 29 May 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 29 Mar – 2 Apr 2018.
• Stays inclusive of Friday or Saturday are subject to a supplementary charge of £60 per stay; payable directly to Errichel House & Cottages.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 31 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm – 6pm, check-out 10am; out with these times are by prior arrangement. 
• Option 1: Garden cottage.
• Option 2: Margmore cottage.
• Option 3: Croit na Greine cottage.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Errichel House & Cottages.
• Free parking available.
• Includes linen, towels and electricity.
• Members must pay a fully refundable housekeeping deposit of £50 for Garden and Margmore Cottages and £100 for Croit na Greine at time of booking.
• Additional single beds maybe available for a supplementary charge of £30 per bed please check for availability of extra beds when booking; payable directly to Errichel House & Cottages.
• Thyme at Errichel Restaurant is normally open from 6pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Meals out with these times can still be arranged with the hotel; discuss with management directly.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount. Garden Cottage 2 adults and 2 children, Margmore cottage 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant in cot and Croit na Greine 8 people and 2 infants in cots.  Cot can be provided for £5 per cot.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per pet; payable directly to Errichel House & Cottages. Dogs must stay on a lead whilst out on the farm and in the gardens and grounds of Errichel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
