• Voucher is valid from Fri 30 Sep 2016 until Fri 30 Dec 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 – 26, 31 Dec 2016.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £60 for the following dates and payable directly to hotel: 9, 10, 16, 17 Dec 2016.
• Please note limited weekend availability; please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Dec 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am. 
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to larger, rear facing family rooms for an additional £20 per room; payable directly to hotel.
• Additional adults can be added for £30 per person DBB sharing the same room; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner includes a 3 course meal per person with coffee or tea.
• Menu is subject to seasonal change.
• Wine is red, white or rosé, please specify at time of booking. Wine will be in room on arrival. 
• Free parking available.
• Please note bedrooms do not have televisions. 
• Members can upgrade to party nights on 9, 10, 16, 17 Dec for a supplementary charge of £60 per person; payable directly to hotel. Supplementary charge would not be needed if members choose to stay in the Craigmore centre in the basic bunk accommodation rooms.
• Children permitted; under 5s free, 6-14 will be £15 DBB sharing same room and children 15+ are classed as adults; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 children.
• Sorry, pets not permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
