Small print

• Ski voucher is valid on 27 - 31 Dec 2016, 2 - 6 Jan 2017 and Mon, Thur & Fri during 23 Jan – 14 Apr 2017; subject to availability. Excludes Tue, Wed, Sat & Sun, 1 Jan, 7 – 22 Jan and 9 – 27 Feb 2017.
• Snowboard voucher is valid on 28 & 30 Dec 2016, 2, 4 & 6 Jan 2017 and Mon & Fri during 23 Jan – 14 Apr 2017; subject to availability. Excludes Tue - Thur, Sat – Sun and 29, 31 Dec 2016, 1, 3, 5 Jan, 7 – 2 Jan and 9 – 27 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Early booking in the winter season is advised to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Duration: 7 hrs – 7hrs 30 mins; meet at 8.30am and return approx. 4pm.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 people with vouchers per booking per day.
• Lessons are at either the Cairngorm or the Lecht – dependant on weather conditions and ability of the group. Shuttle transfer included from Active Aviemore.
• Lesson size will be max 10 people but max of 4 itison vouchers in one group. 
• Package does not include lift pass. Passes must be paid when confirming your date/s with Active.
• Lift passes: £36 adult, £22 Junior; payable directly to Active Outdoor Pursuits.
• Suitable for all fitness levels; reasonable level of fitness required.
• Lesson format is usually 2 hours in the morning, break for lunch and then 2 hours in the afternoon.
• Offer is limited to Beginners or Improvers who would like to recap the basics and willing to join a beginner lesson.
• Ski and snowboard lessons are weather dependent. 
• Minimum age of 8. Although minimum ages are stipulated this does not mean that everyone of that age can participate in the activity at each venue without the required skills, confidence and physical ability to cope with the current or expected conditions.
• Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult. This doesn’t mean that the adult must be in the class or on the snow, but they do need to be on the mountain and contactable.
• You must wear warm clothing appropriate for ski or snowboarding, gloves, socks, waterproof trousers and jacket. Technical equipment is provided by Active (Ski, snowboard, boots and poles).
• Limited Parking available at Active Aviemore base.
• Ski and Snowboard lessons are weather dependent for safety reasons. The decision will be made on the morning of the lessons if conditions are not suitable.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Active Outdoor Pursuits offer an “activity guarantee” which means that if the weather isn’t appropriate for snowsports, you will be offered an alternative activity.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
