• Sun - Thur: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid Sun - Thur only; subject to availability.
• Fri: Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Oct 2020 until Fri 24 Sep 2021, valid Fri only; subject to availability.
• Sat: Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Oct 2020 until Sat 25 Sep 2021, valid Sat only; subject to availability.
• 2 night midweek: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid Sun - Thur only; subject to availability.
• 2 night weekend: Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Oct 2020 until Sat 25 Sep 2021, valid Fri - Sat only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 16 May 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

• Aloft king or twin guest room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a savvy guest room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a welcome drink each from a glass of house wine or bottle of beer. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted, cots for under 2s are provided free of charge. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted with dogs weighing 40 pounds or under. Pet friendly rooms are located in the lower levels of the hotel. Please discuss directly.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
