Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, Mon 10am - 6pm, Tue - Thur 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 11am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups not permitted.
• Please note a £5 charge will be applied to cover the cost of PPE and new health and safety guidelines; payable directly to the salon.
• Option 1: treatment duration 55 mins
• Option 2: treatment duration 1hr 30 mins
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For cancer sufferers/those in remission, please supply doctor's note and discuss with salon directly. If treatment purchased is not suitable due to a medical condition, an alternative treatment will be offered. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note the waiting and changing areas are closed due to current Government guidelines.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
