• Voucher is valid from 15th Oct 2015 until 20th Dec 2015, 7 days a week, subject to availability.
• Excluding dates 30th & 31st Oct, 6th & 7th Nov, 27th & 28th Nov 2015
• Voucher must be booked by 29th Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Weekend availability.
• One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted but cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Double or Twin standard room available, members can upgrade their room for a supplementary charge - please contact hotel direct. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please contact the hotel direct for rates.
• Voucher is valid for a dinner allowance of £30 per room of two; £15 per person towards food from the A La Carte food menu only   
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Children allowed dependent on room availability, children up to 10 years are charged at £35 DBB per child, per night; includes upgrade to suitable room.
• Check in from 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Limited parking is available for free, public pay and display parking is nearby.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once you have booked your stay the reservation cannot be changed
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is non refundable and is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
